For brokers, traders and manufacturers

Stop writing bargains into a spreadsheet.

Trade2Tech records a contract once and carries it all the way through — delivery plan, delivery, quality result, GST invoice and payment position. The arithmetic your business already runs on, checked against your own past documents, without the copy-paste.

Access is invitation only — your administrator adds your email first.

One record, from handshake to settlement

Each step reads from the one before it, so a quantity or a rate is entered once and never re-typed. That is the whole idea.

  1. 1

    Bargain

Contract struck, slip printed, both sides agree.

  2. 2

    Plan

Vessel, parcel, terms — what should happen.

  3. 3

    Delivery

What actually lifted, against the plan.

  4. 4

    Invoice

GST worked out, IGST or CGST + SGST.

  5. 5

    Payment

    Duty, rebate, TDS, outstanding balance.

Who it’s for

The contract spine is the same for everyone. What differs is which side of the deal you are on, and whether you earn brokerage or margin.

Brokers

You sit between the buyer and the seller and earn per MT.

Strike the bargain, print the confirmation slip both parties sign, plan the deliveries against it, and raise your brokerage invoice with GST already worked out. Sell-side and buy-side rates resolve from each party's own terms.

Traders

You buy and sell on your own account.

Every contract, its deliveries and its payment position in one book, with duty, rebates and TDS handled the way your sheet already does it. Position and P&L views are the next thing we are building.

Manufacturers

You buy inputs and sell what you make.

Purchase and sales contracts, quality results against agreed specifications, rebates when a parcel misses its band, and tax invoices out of the same record.

Farmer groups & FPOs

In discussion

You aggregate and sell on behalf of members.

The same contract-to-payment spine, with member-level settlement. Talk to us about what your group needs — this is where a customised build usually starts.

Working today

Everything below is live and in daily use, not a mock-up.

Bargains that print correctly

The confirmation slip your counterparties already recognise, on one page, with duty struck on the day's tariff and exchange rate. Split a bargain into a chain of legs when the goods pass through several hands.

Duty, GST and TDS that reconcile

Customs duty per MT from the notification in force on the bargain date. IGST or CGST + SGST decided by the two states. TDS under 194Q. Checked line by line against the broker's own historical calculations.

Delivery plans, then deliveries

A delivery is the execution of a plan, so what lifted is always reconciled against what was promised — including quality results and the rebate the parties agreed when a parcel misses its band.

Masters that everything quotes from

Commodities, parties, quality specifications, duty notifications, vessels, incoterms, currencies. Edit one and every screen follows on the next load — no stale copies.

Roles, approval and an audit trail

Invitation-only access with per-permission roles. Commercial edits to an approved bargain revoke that approval. Every write is logged with who, what and when.

Your firm on every document

Your letterhead, your logo, your bank details, your bargain terms. The slip that leaves the system is yours, not ours — and each company's data is isolated from every other.

Being built next

Listed separately on purpose. If one of these is what decides it for you, tell us — customer demand is how we order the queue.

Accounting and ledgers

Party ledgers and a trial balance from the same records, so the book you trade from is the book you file from.

Tax-ready statements

Balance sheet and P&L your CA can work from directly, rather than re-keying.

Positions and P&L

Open position, mark-to-market and realised margin for traders dealing on their own account.

Payment tracking

Ageing, reminders and receipts matched against invoices.

Built around how you already work

This system started as one broker’s spreadsheet. We read it line by line — his duty formula, his GST split, his rounding — and checked our output against documents he had already sent to counterparties.

That is how we would like to start with you. Send us your working file and a few of your printed contracts. If your trade needs a field, a document or a calculation that isn’t here, we build it.

Send us your spreadsheet
  • Your slip layout, your terms, your letterhead
  • Commodity, quality and duty masters set up from your data
  • Existing contracts and parties imported before you start
  • Roles matched to how your office actually divides the work
  • Each company's data isolated from every other company's
